Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

No link to email members on the agenda like in FTH3

In FTH3 when looking at the agenda, there was a link next to each member's name so you could email them. We need this feature back since that's how we contact people to follow-up if they need to enter their speech title/project, and also to potentially tell functionaries about their role. It could even just be a simple mailto: link.

It is very difficult to do this now without any link to email the person on the agenda.

What would be even better is if there was a feature to not allow someone to sign up without entering their speech title/project. We want it to be mandatory.

We can't make the speech title / project mandatory, some members sign up for speeches weeks in advance and haven't planned their projects at that stage.
All member contact details are available to members from the Private Member Directory button

As VPE I have an email template which I send a few days before each meeting to the Speakers, Toastmaster and Evaluators ( you could select "All meeting signup roles" if preferred) , reminding speakers to add their details if not already done, the Toastmaster to craft their introductions from the information provided and Speakers/Evaluators where to find the forms.  Just one email per meeting.
