Agenda - Linking of roles when assigning a member

In the Agenda Settings, we have 2 Table Topics Evaluators, called "Table Topics Evaluation Uneven 1,3,5" and "Table Topics Evaluation Even 2,4,6".
I can't assign these roles to 2 different members as they are 'linked' roles.

Even when I 'uncheck' the role in the agenda setting as per below, the roles still link with the same member. How can I stop this from occuing?

"Auto-fill this member across all same-role rows in a meeting
When checked, assigning a member to any agenda slot with this role automatically fills all other slots using the same role in that meeting. Use for roles that are always one person (e.g. Toastmaster of the Day). Leave unchecked for roles with multiple independent people (e.g. Evaluator, Speaker)"

It's because you have the same role for both even & uneven TT evaluators. If you want to ensure these are not linked, two separate roles (also referred to as 'Club Roles' and 'Global Roles') need to be defined for even and uneven.

'Role name' is just for the agenda display and can be anything. It does not affect the linking/repeat role logic that drives the agenda. Please study this help doc:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/agenda-roles

Even; 'Table Topics Evaluator' Role, unique Role Name

Uneven; same Role as even.

You haven't provided your club number, so we can't check
With the checkbox unchecked the members should show separately for the different roles
The checkbox adjustment is in the roles tab of the agenda settings.  You might need to refresh the Odds & Evens Evaluator roles in your templates and dated agendas to get them working
