Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

The Contact Export CSV feature currently includes 
Name, Email, Phone, Status, Officer role, Joined

Given the expanded content in the member profile, it would be nice if the export function included as many of the new fields as privacy laws allow. This would not only provide more insight about our members, but also show which fields members consider useful.

I would really like Member Number to be included in the export with the fields in the same order as the Toastmasters.org member export.

One more field that would be handy in the download:
Last time member logged into FTH. It is obviously being tracked and would be nice to see at a glance which members are interacting with FTH.
