Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

FTH4 labels each district officer with their title. It would also be helpful to include the standard email address.
Perhaps make the office title, e.g., "Club Growth Director," a clickable link to cgd-d203@toastmastersdistricts.org. Or make it a separate entry.

That would make their district email addresses in your face public and available to web scrappers and spammers. Is this really what your district wants? Remember these email address get passed from Leader to Leader over the years.

Brian, good point. I don't know.

Cancel this suggestion unless others think it's a good idea. I don't really know how big a problem the scraper thing is, and spam doesn't bother me much; I know what to do with it.

Regular district members aren't members of the district site, so they can't see the list of email addresses. I remember when I was a new member, trying to figure out who the area director was and how to contact them. No one, including my club officers, knew the answer.

I would say that is a training and communication failure from the Area Directors as they are supposed to has an area council and establish communication between themselves and other clubs within the area. Something to think about before posting all the Districts emails in the wild.
