Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Greetings!

The format of FTH4 looks great! I am the President of Confident Communicators club 1196053 (Richard Durling) and would like to gain access to all admin functions while I work with our Admin to resolve their eMail issues. I do not see an option to login as Admin?

FYI, As club president I did not see an email about the switch and our admin (Anita) has been having email issues and did not receive the notification as well.  I've checked my 'trash' and 'junk' folders and did not find anything.

Only the club admin (Anita) would have received the email. FTH email log shows a successful send. She'll need to check junk & possibly whitelist noreply@toastmastersclubs.org

Brian can re-send the email if necessary.
