Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi,

I can successfully update my admin password, but my personal password reset it not working. The new password is accepted, but it doesn't work when I try to log in.

Your passwords all failed the strong password test.

21:26:03, 21:26:20Tried to sign in as memberfailed — member pw still the old FTH3 one
21:26–21:555 member reset emails, link opened 5×, password submitted 4×all four rejected 
  • 21:26:48, 21:27:58, 21:28:46 —

     = missing a special character (

    )
  • 21:54:57 — 
    Code:

     = missing an uppercase letter

    Refresh reset link and use a password of at least 10 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and one of 
    Code:
    ! @ # $ % & * ?
