Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Can not find option to email agenda

Hi my club is 654714

and I am not able to find the button to email members the agenda.  So I am unable to follow instruction in the documentation  docs.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/emailing-agenda/

in fth3 the email agenda button was between the meeting description and the list of agenda roles.  In fth4 it isn’t there.

Are you logged in as ClubAdmin or member?

I am logged in as a member. I thought only members could see the agenda.

Admins have always been able to see and modify Agendas, they are the super user of the Club website.
Checked against FTH3 and yes you will be able to email the agenda as a member.
