Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Export contacts exports only members

Export All People is not working properly

Testing reporting feature to export contact info, I tried to export all my contacts, but regardless of which group I select, it only shows and exports members. I have "members" spread across all categories.

I'm testing this in my Demo Python account, Club 999991449729

Are you an officer? Only officers can email the non members lists.

What do you mean by contacts?

An old issue has resurfaced. I think you moved the contact export function to reports and now it exports only members. No Guests, Prospects, Friends/Affiliates, Former Members, and no way to limit the export to one of those groups.
