Club officers page doesn't recognize half year officer terms

On /officers/ it says everyone's officer term ends June 30, 2027. Some clubs have half-year terms and the term ends December 31, 2026. It should either:
- Have an option to properly show this for clubs that have half-year terms
- OR don't show the officer term dates at all

But don't show it incorrectly.

Only clubs that meet weekly have the option of holding elections semi-annually.
  • The frequency of elections depends on how often the club meets. Clubs that meet weekly may elect officers annually or semi-annually. If the club elects semi-annually, elections are held at the first meeting in May and again at the first meeting in November. Clubs that meet less frequently than weekly must elect officers annually, with the elections in May.
I will have to see how we can verify that.

Does it need to be verified or can we not just set it up by ourselves?

You can set as you want January 1 and July 1 or just July 1.
It is declared in the Club constitution.
Member require 1 year to get credit, can be 2 * 6 month sessions

Officer s assignment has moved to its own card in the ClubAdmin Console. should be faster and the semi annual instructions are there. See Assign Officers

In Assign Officers I see these options:
Term being assigned
Program year 2026-2027 (1 Jul 2026 - 30 Jun 2027) in effect nowThe full annual term.
Second half of 2026-2027 (1 Jan 2027 - 30 Jun 2027)For a club that elects again in January (six-month term).
The positions below are the ones on record for the term selected here. Choosing another term reloads the page to show that term instead, so anything unsaved is lost.

But where is the option for "First half of 2026 - 2027" where it will list the person as in office from July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026?
