Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear FTH4 support team,
I am Satoru Yamasaki, Administrator of Kamakura TMC.
Kamakura TMC FTH is migrated to FTH4.
Then, Prepared speaker cannot find the function to download Evaluation Form in Speech Detail.
This evaluation form could be downloaded at FTH3.
Question 1. Is Evaluation Form download function removed in case of FTH4?
Question 2. If these is Evaluation Form download function, where can I do download Evaluation Form applying for the regarding Prepared Speech?
