Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

When we sign up for 1 evaluator role (for 1 of multiple speeches) - it automatically signs you up to be the evaluator for all of the speeches.

When you try to release the roles of the ones you aren't evaluating, it removes you entirely.

We need to be able to sign up to evaluate just 1 speech and not all the speeches.

We always require you club number.
If this is an issue with an agenda please tell us what date so we can investigate.

1) Agenda Templates > Roles > Speech Evaluator 1/2 > you didn't state it was an evaluator
2)  you could simplify these 2 to just Evaluator
3) these 2 positions have the same role of Speech Evaluator 1 so that is why they both get filled in.
