Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Thank you to the entire FreeToastHost Staff for doing such an outstanding job on FTH4! This release is by far the best ever! Thanks again!

We assigned an evaluator to a speech at the start of the meeting and therefore tried to add the member to the agenda a couple of days after the meeting. I sign in as the admin and am unable to add a member to the evaluator role. Can only certain Club Officers assign members to roles?

I was able to select you as the evaluator.

 

Sign in as Admin or VPE > Meetings > select 09/03/2026 > Roles > Picked your name from the pull down.
