Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I’m seeking assistance with administrator access to our Toastmasters club website following the migration to FTH4. I previously had administrator access to our club’s FreeToastHost website, even though I am the VPE. However, since the migration to FreeToastHost 4, I no longer appear to be associated with the administrator email address and therefore cannot access the website administration functions. I discovered this when I tried to reset our password, and it seems I am not associated with the admin email address. 

I believe our previous Club President, Li Zhang, may have been the administrator or primary contact associated with the website. They have since left the club, and I took over as Acting President until the end of June. I am currently the IPP and VPE. Alternatively, it may be our VPM, Andrew Ko.

I understand I will need to fill in the relevant form to regain access.  Does the current Admin need to sign it off?

From the Change your Website Administrator page www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/ :
The request goes to the Toastmasters club contact, the current registered administrator, and your club president or district director. Any one of them can approve or deny it.

The club contact is the contact email in Club Central. The club president will be the one listed on the club website, even if that information is out of date.

Any one, and only one, needs to "sign off".
