All the Evaluators are forced to be the same person

Hello FreeToastHost support person,

This week you migrated my club, 743, to V4.  We primarily use the site to send out the agenda for our meetings.  Much of it works well, but I do have one problem.  Unlike most clubs, we typically have 3 speakers at a meeting.  While I can assign different people to the 3 speaker roles, when I assign someone as an evaluator, all 3 evaluator roles go to that one person.  When I change the person for any one of the three, all three change to the new person.  This seems to be a bug.

Your evaluators have the underlying Role of Chief Evaluator, which is defined as a role that auto-fills all linked occurrences. Try removing that setting from Chief Evaluator in the Roles tab in Agenda Settings. That should fix it.

The auto-fill setting is meant for roles where the same person (at a particular meeting) appears several times on the agenda in the same role. E.g. Toastmaster opens meeting, Toastmaster introduces guests, etc
