Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

Assigning Speaker Role

Hello,
I am VPE (but not an admin in case that matters) for our club (Auburn Morning TM 329). Before we transitioned to FTH4, I was able to assign speakers on the agenda. The speaker role is not available for members to sign themselves up, but right now it appears the only way I can add people is to change the setting to "Members can sign up" for the role. I am possibly missing something glaringly obvious, but I would appreciate a push in the right direction.

Thank you for your help and all you do!

Go to the videos at
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/fth4-videos

Scroll down and watch the Meetings Management video. That should push you in the right direction.

Thank you, but that doesn't help me. I don't think I explained the issue very well. I can assign all roles, except the speakers:

Maybe the picture is worth 1000 words!

I'm not sure, but try this:
Click Edit to open the Edit window. Scroll down to Assigned member and see if there's a dropdown menu there where you can fix it.

If you want a body in the role you need to tick this line
"Members may sign up for this role" and "This is a prepared speech" for a speech.
Thank you,

Hi Brian,
the issue is that I don't want people to be able to sign up for speeches themselves. On the old site I could assign them, but members couldn't sign up themselves. Does that make sense? Is that functionality gone?
