Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Camrose Toastmasters club #1432

I am working on our sales funnel and attempted to add a prospect in the system without an email address registered.
It appears to have triggered the email opt-in sequence and says it will be removed in a month.
I am thinking since there is no email address that they would never be able to opt-in.

In those cases (no email) the opt-in email gets sent to the site admin.

By the privacy Laws your club must have either written or email confirmation that they gave their permission to be added to your site.
