Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I am the admin for RRAR Toastmasters (Club #7939477), and I am having trouble logging into my admin account following the recent FreeToastHost website update.

I received the email update on September 8 and set up a new password. However, I have been unable to log in since resetting it. I have already cleared my browser cookies, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I resent the welcome email to the rrar.com address
Reset the password again and make sure you follow the rules for the password 15 characters long, Upper an lower, number and special character.

Phil Newman here from Club 5810, Chandos Challengers. I can no longer find the portal to log in as the Admin, I can only see how to log in as a member. Can you help please tasyak@gmail.com

1) There is only one sign in in FTH4 it is the Member sign in on the Public website [url] 5810.toastmastersclubs.org/ [/url]

2) The format of the ClubAdmin has changed refer to the ClubAdmin welcome email
