Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

How do we set the Meeting Number Count to start with our actual number

Thanks for the new website. I look forward to working with it.

I see there is a feature to include meeting number counts. I would LOVE for the system to track our meeting numbers as we are doing that manually. However, it is starting at 1 and next week's meeting will be our 579th. Is there a way to set this number?

Admin console > Edit Basic Settings > Meeting Number Seed. Set it to the number that will provide your total. If I understand your note correctly, your seed should be 578.

Use the {[nextmtgordinal]} variable in various places (about page, custom pages, etc) so your meeting count is displayed automatically.
