Agenda Template Flexibility?

Hi,

I've attached our former Meeting Agenda png.  In the old format, we could type in the theme, word, definition of the word and sample sentence.  

In the current agenda format, I see there's a space for the theme and the word.  But is there some flexibility to add in the definition of the word and a sample sentence?  Similar to how we used to do it in our older template?  Or is this new template locked and we should just delete the old blanks from our former template?

Pls advise.  Thank you in advance!  

 

There is plenty of flexibility:
You can just leave the theme and meeting blank, and continue as you did before.  
Or add the details to the Meeting Notes
I would think most clubs allow the Wordmaster / Grammarian to present the definition and an example of use of the word during the meeting
