Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

 Club Name: Cheers Toastmasters, District 203 (Division E, Area E-1)Club Number: 01490996Club Charter Date: 03/08/2013Club Type: Corporate – Restricted MembershipLink: Cheers I am reaching out regarding the recent migration to the Free ToastHost 4 (FTH4) platform. Our corporate club did not opt into the Free ToastHost website when we chartered in 2013 due to compliance reasons. However, we have received numerous emails regarding an FTH4 public website for Cheers Toastmasters since the conversion occurred. We had not received any communications regarding a Free ToastHost website for our club in the years prior to the transition and we were under the impression no such website existed.The emails pertaining to the new FTH4 platform were directed to a former member. I have since added myself as the site administrator. Now I need to know how we can shut this public website down. I have removed most information. However, I cannot delete our club’s name and number from the main page. I hope you can help us remove this website from public view. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I searched the for a contact number or email address was unable to locate that. We are in need immediate assistance with this issue.
