Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club 217 admin change

Hello,

I received an email that our administrator access has been changed to another person. I was the administrator, and did not approve the change. I have asked a few others in the club and they do not know who the new admin is either.

Can you please help me with changing the admin back to me? Reference AC – 7AB3ECC2.

Sorry FTH doesn't do that, who the ClubAdmin is up to your club.

Your ClubAdmin is Ralph Henry Morrell
You will have to talk to them and the person who approved the change.

Thanks for the quick reply. We do not know a Ralph Henry Morrell and do not know who approved the change.

The email alert I received states “if this is not what you expected, act now. Contact freetoasthost support straight away, quoting reference number ac-7ab3ecc2”

Who is your club's Club Central contact? Has that been updated recently?

Thank you. I am checking. I do not believe the central contact has recently changed. Are you able to see the name of the person who approved the admin change?
