Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Getting Error 500 message when attempting to create a new agenda

Hi there,

I received 500 error messages when trying to edit and save agenda and receiving the same 500 error messages when creating new agenda templates. Club number 4820345.I have tried this for several days thinking that the issue was temporary. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

What Agenda Template you are using to create your new agenda? Dates etc?

What Agenda are you trying to change?

What change are your trying to make ?

I tried using the 2025-2026 Agenda template to create the new template for 2026-2027. The agenda I tried to change was the one titled Open House. I tried doing this on 9/14, 9/15, and 9/16. The changes include adding rows for agenda, role description, time, etc.

I was able to create a meeting called open house using the 2025-2026 template
There is no 2026-2027 Template
Your open house template has no roles.

I checked just now and was able to create a new agenda template for 2026-2027. I guess the issue resolved itself today. Thank you for your help :-)
