Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Club and site name change

Our club (#2174) has changed name since we last used FTH, and we'd like to set that correctly before trying to get fully set up and using it again. The documentation says to go to the "admin console" and set "basic settings" — but does not say how to get to those areas. I am logged in as the website admin (and VPPR) and have looked everywhere, including "Manage Website" but cannot find "basic settings".

Can anyone help point me in the right direction please? Thanks

When you log in as club admin your start point is the Admin Console.  Basic Settings is the top tile on the right hand side
To get back there click on the button with your name and "Club Admin" next to the sign out button

Thanks Pam, I think the problem here was that it's not obvious that the Admin role is a completely separate login from the user login. Once I discovered that it was easy to recover that account and change the settings.
