Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Roles - posts in all three roles

roles - when adding a member as an evaluator it fills in that name in all three.  there is a star below evaluators.  how can I turn this off and place three members on in each role.

1) we ALWAYS require your club number

2) if you are asking about an agenda please give us the date of the agenda

club 2470 Saturday Morning Live, agenda 9-26-26.

1) Your General Evaluator was wrong in the "General Evaluator - General Evaluator's Report" 
You have members may sign up turned off, if you want a member in the  role member sign up must be on

2) You were not consistent with your Evaluator nameing. you have #1 #2 #3, second time they were all Evaluator no #

2) the stars mean that you put the people in the roles they didn't sign up for the roles.
