Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Changed prefix and can't access site

Hello,

I was trying to work on the site's custom domain settings and now I can't access the site. I deleted the prefix and now anytime I try to access the website it redirects me to the FTH general website.

Before this, any time someone would try to open a link it would take them to a completely different website. We own www.dentontoastmasters.com . When someone would try to open the agenda link it goes to that website. Even on the FTH directory it goes to that website.

Assistance getting access back into our site and figuring out why it's redirecting would be appreciated.

You can access your site via the club number: in your case, 3055.toastmastersclubs.org
Clubs #1137486 (D72) & #777940 (D61)
FTH Field Officer, District 72, (NZ)

It looks as though someone has put "dentontoastmasters.com" in the custom domain field in the admin console. Remove that, and it should stop redirecting. If it's wrong in Club Central, it's also a good idea to update it there.
