Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I am club Website admin for club number 28678387, Cre-Art Toastmasters.

A  Speaker said she couldn't add her speech information so I gave her agenda editing permission.
She added her info but messed up the timing for other parts of the agenda.
I had to fix it.

Do Speakers need to be able to edit the agenda in order to fill in their speech information?

No, a speaker doesn't need agenda edit permissions. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/sign-up-meeting-role , lower portion of page, for details of adding speech info.

If that doesn't work, there may be something in the way that the agenda is set up that's causing problems. In which case, let us know which one and we can investigate further.
