Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello FreeToastHost 4

I am a Division Director and one of my clubs does not know who their clubs Website Administrator is. 

Could you please send the VP of Education of Annapolis Valley Toastmasters Club #8104 the email that they will need to set up the  Administrator, so they can gain access to their website.

Any member who can log in to the website can see who the admin is by going to the Officers & Members menu and checking the Club email addresses (admin is at the bottom of the list).  FYI it is Michael H...

If the admin is no longer available, the person taking over needs to follow the process outlined here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/changing-club-admin
