I am having an issue in re-sending the Opt in email as the site just freezes up every time. I have tried logging out and it is still the same. A new member joined last week and we added them on this week. Can you assist?

We are trying to add a new member onto our club page and cannot resend the Opt in email. Every time we try it just freezes. Logging in and out doesn't resolve the issue. Can you assist?
