Cannot Edit Meeting Agenda for BMD.Toastmastersclubs.org

Club Number 3941. Hi Brian, Thanks a million for your fast response. I clicked on the reload button at the bottom of the website and still have the same problem : Cannot edit any agendas. I am using Windows 10. I am the webmaster for 4 clubs and the other 3 are working OK. I am using my personal computer. Nina Chace, DTM

I just logged into your site as admin using Windows 10 and MS Edge and was able to edit your current agenda.

I recommend you clear your MS Edge browser cache

If it continues you have something on your computer that is causing the issue. We cannot solve those kind of issues.

Clubs #3941, 899228, 4818 and 1763170. Hi Brian, Whatever you did, I cannot now access totally any of my 4 club websites. I am not a computer expert and have no idea how to clear your MS Edge browser cache. Can you provide instructions? I have meetings with 3 clubs this week and am really left hanging. I am able to access your websites without any issue. There was a temporary glitch but that has been resolved.

Club #3941 Hi Steve, Thanks for your speedy reply. I can now access my Toastmasters-org websites. However, the problem with the BMD Club #3941 website I was discussing with Brian all day, has still not been resolved. Do you have any ideas about it?

Summary of problem: When clicking on the pencil icon of the club meeting agenda, I get a small circle that keeps going around. It never stops to let me get into the agenda editing screen to make any changes to the agenda. I get the same response for all agendas, regardless of date. I also just noticed that the same circling is happening when I try and add new meeting agendas. I am unable to add any new meeting dates using the "+" icon. I am able to print the agenda! Nina, please stop repeatedly posting the same problem over and over again... We can certainly read your prior posts in the topic thread.

However, you have not been so forthcoming in answering the specific questions that we have asked you to answer. Just repeatedly posting your issue over and over without giving us the information we need to help you is very annoying and unhelpful and will likely lead to the thread getting locked.

My role is primarily to move the system technology forward and I am working on code changes right now. I will sometimes pitch in on support, but my patience is a bit thin when I am already putting in more time than I probably should be. I have been monitoring this topic thread, but I do not really want to do "double duty".

With that in mind, if you want my assistance, I will need you to get me some information from your computer. It is ok if you do not know how to get the information... just be blunt and tell me that.

So, do you want my assistance? Please do not post the problem over again... you have already posted it several times.
