Paid But Inactive Members

Hi - Like many clubs, we have paid but inactive members. I'd like to move these members off the active list so I don't have to manually mark them as not attending for every agenda. I created a custom list and tried to move them, but they continue to appear on the active list.

So...

Say I move someone to the former members list and that person decides to become active again, and I move that person back to the active list. Will that person have to reconfirm his/her email address as if he/she was a newly-added member?

Also, how do I delete a custom list?

Thanks.

Once added to the site and they have opted-in, you can move to any status, and they do not have to re-opt-in.

Remove all people from custom list and it will disappear.
