Which email addresses are used when sending an agenda from freetoasthost?

I am an officer for a toastmasters club, and I would like to know when I send an agenda, which email list does it pull from -- the emails that are manually entered by the admin on the freetoasthost, or the emails that are registered on the toastmaster main website?

Club number and name and your name?

FTH has nothing to do with the toastmasters website, so the addresses are the ones that were entered into the members section of the admin console
