A member has asked for a receipt for payment of fees. Do we have something with official letterhead that I could send to him?

Their receipt is the notice you sent from the website. Otherwise, you can make one for yourself

Thanks Linda;

The receipt that I sent through did not have any official, or non-official, headers etc. Is there some Toastmaster letterheads that we could access and how would I attach that to the Formatted letter sent out to Members that have paid?

Regards,

Andrew

Just make a receipt and send it to each person as they pay.

Thanks again Linda.

I thought perhaps that Toastmasters might be a little fussy about branding but if it is alright for me to do my own branding then that will certainly be easier.

Thank you for your help.
