I have added a way to mark past meeting agendas as "Reconciled". By Reconciled, what I mean is that you have gone back into the dated agenda editor after a meeting to update it to reflect who actually attended a meeting and who actually took the meeting roles.
This update after the meeting is important to ensure that meeting reports are accurate so that you can get the full value out of them. By implementing a marking scheme to indicate which agendas have been reconciled, it will be much easier to know how accurate role reports are.
Note that you do not have to reconcile your past agendas, but may get a "nag prompt" if you save a past agenda, and your role reports may not be very credible.
Here are the details of how the marking scheme is implemented. First, if you edit a *past* agenda with the dated agenda editor, you should now see a new checkbox labeled
Reconciled at the bottom left of the pop-up window.
If this checkbox is checked, the software infers that you have reconciled the agenda and this status is stored in the database for this agenda. However, if you have
not checked this box when editing a past agenda, you will see the following prompt when you save the agenda:
If you click Yes at the above prompt, the JavaScript will check the checkbox for you, then complete the Save.
Additionally, if you are reconciling agendas, you will see a "(r)" in the agenda date selection drop-down to enable you to quickly see which have been reconciled.
