I can see the reconciled checkbox when I edit your 10/4 and 11/1 agendas.

If you cannot see the checkbox, please click the reload link at the bottom of your screen. You may have not automatically gotten the updated JavaScript for some reason.

I have tweaked the Meeting Reports pop-up very slightly so that you do not have to see the Report Basis pop-up every time you want to run a report. You can now just view the Report Basis when you want to via a button I added to the Meeting Reports pop-up for that:
