I'm not getting any authentication message to me email trying to reset password

Having the same issue. I am also the administrator. I get that message that I sent a request, but don't get the email to reset. What's happening? cheked SPAM and JUnk no messages there.

FTH is sending the emails to comcast.net and comcast is accepting them, you will have to ask them what they are doing with them.
