Admin changes to member profiles and other questions

Anaheim City Communicators Club 5884 says:

I searched the forum for the issue of when I as admin go into a member's profile to make changes. I found a thread where this issue was discussed but the answer was in short "members now have the ability to upload and change their own stuff and they can block the admin if they want."

This has not been my experience after the member has checked the boxes to publish their profile and to allow the admin to make changes to their profile.

What happens is that when I make a change to a member profile, whether its change a picture or bio, it unpublished their profile from the Meet Our Members directory. Again all the members have checked the boxes prior to me making the changes. No member blocked me from making the changes. Can we fix this bug?

Question 2
Can we change the top banner on our home page from

Toastmasters International (blue)
Anaheim City Communicators
to

A banner with a current logo of the globe that's Toastmasters International Where Leaders are Made
Anaheim City Communicators

3) How can I create a carousel or slideshow of photos for our home page. Right now its just one stationary photo.

Thank you for your time

Sincerely,

Jason Perez

Only the member can make their information public, if you as admin change that they have to agree for the change to be public. People have to be responsible for their information. This is NOT a BUG. It is the new rules of privacy.

NO that is part of the template design from Toastmasters International, you can change the text under the blue banner.
