Deactivate Old Agendas

On my club's website (524.toastmastersclubs.org), it is an option for members to select meeting agendas. Agendas for past meetings are still available for selection. These have been accumulating. Does anyone know how I can deactivate old agendas, without permanently deleting them?

If you check "List All Agendas" you'll see all of your agendas
If you don't check the box you'll see the number of past agendas as set in the "meeting agenda settings" module (your setting is 5), PLUS all future agendas.

You can finalize the agenda after the meeting or reconcile the agenda, but Pam is correct.

The past agendas are the HISTORY of all the roles your members have done do NOT delete them.
