Dear Admins,
Despite following the proper steps, the mentor assignment emails do not appear to be going out. This worked a few months ago. To be sure my steps are: (1) Open Assign Mentors (2) Select Mentee from the drop-down (3) Verify Mentor(s) is/are selected (4) Check the "Send Notifications" checkbox (5) Click "Save".
After clicking save, there is a pause - then I get the notice atop the window saying that notifications were sent. Unfortunately no such email goes through. I have verified this several ways, including myself as both mentee and mentor, and also the global CC email account does not receive it.
I apologize in advance if this topics is already addressed - I was unable to find a current report.
