Printing TM Layout

When I print our agenda in TM Layout with our Default Meeting Description it also prints the TI logo we have with our description and we end up with 2 logos. I deleted the logo in our Default Meeting Description and adjusted the text we have there. When I then print in TM Layout it doesn't put the revised Default Meeting Description.

That is the expected behaviour

The Templates, which include the default meeting description, are only used when creating a new dated agenda from a template. As soon as the dated agenda exists, it is an independent entity, no longer linked to the template. Changes to the template will not affect any existing dated agendas, the changes will only apply to new dated agendas as they are created.

You'll either have to change each dated agenda heading, or if the agendas don't yet have assigned roles, it might be easier to delete them and create new ones. You only seem to have one role assigned for your next meeting, and none after that, so I suggest deleting all agendas except this week's, and recreating them.

This is why for a long time I had opted not to include the meeting description in the TM Layout. ;)
Now you can see that I had my reasons.

Another option that you can do is that you can apply the noprint class to the TM logo in the meeting description. You should be able to do that if you edit the image properties, go to the Advanced tab, and put noprint in the Stylesheet Classes box. That should exclude it from printouts... However, if you do this, it may still show in print previews--different browsers implement their print previews differently... Some show exactly what is on the printout and some only approximate it.
