Meeting Emails

I'm writing to ask for details regarding the logic for sending emails to members using the Send This Email To function for emailing the agendum for a meeting.

Will you please advise what the logic is for each option eg. Unconfirmed Roles will included Members NOT attending.

TIA

The club number you are showing in your profile is not correct. That club does not show you as a member please correct.

Thank you for your prompt responses Brian. Excuse my ignorance, I cannot see where to change my club number in my profile.

I decided to personalise emails today only to discover to my dismay that I was spamming members. For example I sent a personalised email to those that had advised they weren't attending and another to those that hadn't confirmed roles. I expected that those that had advised non attendance would not be included in the non confirmed roles list.

Hence, my request for information about the logic associated with who is included in which emails.

menu under FREETOASTHOST 3 "Update Profile"

All those options are listed in the pull down, depends on how they advertised their non attendance. You will need to be specific.
Which dated agenda
Which email selection option(s) did you pick
Who received emails you did not think should ( first names )
Thank you,

Ana received Members w/ No Mtg Role when she was recorded as not attending in the attendance list. I did not expect that this would be sent to those having notified non attendance.
