Abbott toastmasters 2679 Help Needed with email was created by Megan Barrett- Secretary

I am our current secretary and I have tried to remove guests who no longer wish to receive emails. Every time I delete the name somehow reappears. Please help.

1) support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...nel#membership-tools
tick beside guest name, and select delete from pull down

2) blank out email and save.
