FTH responded to a change in Gmail behavior

Some club's will find some of their member email addresses were replaced by the 'noemail' placeholder. This was caused by a change at Gmail and FTH has made the necessary adjustments to restore function. Affected clubs will need to restore their member's email address. If there is a bounce count error with the address please let us know on the forums.

Hello, I am logged in as our club's admin and I cannot discover how to remove a member from our active club member roster.

Can someone help, please?

Generally, we recommend moving past members to the Former Members list rather than removing them, as this retains their role history in case they ever decide to re-join the club.

In any case, just click in the row for the member (which checks the checkbox at left), then select Move to Former Members (or Delete) from the drop-down.

This is explained in our online docs: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...hip-management-index
Please get familiar with our online documentation.
