Website email used as contact email for Toastmasters International`

We use the club FTH website email as our contact email for "find-a-club/contact us" and for Toastmasters International to contact Base Camp Managers. This was working great until Toastmasters International did an update on 9/12/19.
Now we are no longer receiving inquiries from online "find-a-club/contact us" and our Base Camp Managers are no longer receiving notices when a member submits a level request in Pathways.
Toastmasters International said that FTH is rejecting the information. I belong to three clubs and this is true for all three clubs.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

I am looking into this. I think it is related to an issue where other clubs are blacklisting toastmasters.org email addresses which affects any club using the crowd-sourced blacklist. I thought I had put a work around in place for this, but perhaps my workaround is not working as expected. I am trying to sort it out.

I appreciate your work on this.
We have been using the club FTH email since Pathways was launched in D24 on May 3, 2018 and it worked great. It ceased to work after the TI the September 2019 update.
At the risk of showing my ignorance, why a club would blacklist toastmasters.org?

I think the timing is just a coincidence... Not related to the update.

Trust me, we have been trying to figure out the same thing. :? I have learned to appreciate that some clubs do strange things. :pinch: I often am on the fence about whether I should impose my view of how clubs should work in the coding or if I should trust that clubs know what is best for them. The jury is still out...
