At least I feel I am in good company for not understanding why a Toastmasters club would block anything from Toastmasters International.
I appreciate all you and your team do for us. I find FTH useful in multiple ways and would be lost without it!
Maybe Toastmasters International has an idea of why clubs blacklist TI because it is beyond me - I'll call TI tomorrow.
Keep up the great work and hope a workaround is found!

Marian

People are blocking the emails because they were never properly informed by their officer training and officer hand over meeting what their responsibilities are when they take the job. That includes the requirement to attend officer training. I am always surprised at the number of clubs that think officer training is optional.

They don't know why they are receiving the email so they block them.

Hi Brian,
People hear what they want to hear is the problem and/or leaders are not good about training the members who are assuming their leadership roles.
I was not happy when I was informed by a club officer that an Area Director had said attending the virtual council meeting was optional. As a past district director I saw red, but politely told the officer it is not an option. It is the responsibility of that person's office.
How can I unblock the three clubs I have admin rights to? We need the info from Toastmasters.org and I will gladly with the current D24 trio with instructions to share with all clubs.
Thank you for your help!
Marian

Steve has already restored functionality for all clubs.

Next step is prevention of recurrence and Steve will address.

How long before the functionality is restored? I just tested my three clubs using the "find a club" on the TI website and have not received anything from the club websites.

Road 2 DTM (03238517)
West Dodgers (1199094)
Blue Ah Busters (6757)

When I view the Email & Contact / Email Security, the following are checked/blank.
Email White List - blank
Email Black Lit - blank
Crowd-Sourced Black List - this is checked (I reviewed all three clubs black list and did not see any @toastmasters.org)
Add "Is this SPAM?" ... - this is checked
Add "Not a Member?" ... - this is checked
Anti-spoofing - blank

What can I do to help, if anything?

You can un-check the Crowd-Sourced Blacklist. It will not fix the feature, but it will disable the feature that has the problem because of the other clubs blacklisting the TM addresses. You can always re-enable it later.

I am working on a resolution for the feature, but for some reason my workaround is not working.
