Print Agendas

First and foremost I wanted to thank those assisting and creating this website! I have found the support to be awesome and the website to be intuitive. Thank you!

My question, many members like the Hybrid agenda printout with the officer roles on the left side. Is there a way to configure the printout so everything is on one page? I've shortened up my descriptions and tried various options, but it appears the Meeting Notes forces the printing on to a second page. I really like the Meeting Notes because I've started using it for stating the Theme of the Day and for the Grammarian to put their word of the Day. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You can try changing the print scaling, but we do not control that. Your browser may have a print scaling feature in the print preview... look for that. Another possibility is to do double sided.

We have a limited amount of space to work with. You have to consider what is important. We cannot invent space for you. Also, the more features you enable, the more paper and ink that will be needed.

Put less information on the page, remove things that are not required on an Agenda. Meeting Description, Meeting Notes, Meaningless roles.

The other option is to scale the page down that is a browser option.

Thank you for the reply.  I already tried the scaling feature on the print job, but appreciate the suggestion.  I certainly didn't expect anyone to invent space for me that was particular to my needs.  :)   I only asked to ensure there wasn't something I was overlooking.  I will experiment a little more with the options available. Appreciate the direction -

I think I found a happy compromise for anyone with the same issue. Just don't use Notes at all. If the Toastmaster wants to add the theme, he can do it by editing the agenda and just typing it in the box under that role. The same thing for the Grammarian and Word of the Day. That will work! Thank you!
