Wrong Pathway is listed for me in the meeting agenda

I am the assistant admin, I fill in for Erck when he is busy.
It's tricky because your accessing Project/Time to change Manual/Path. I had to click through multiple Pathways to get the right one.Now that I know how to change it, I can help others. Thanx for your help. It's too bad International didn't know how to do it.
