Resending welcome email

I need to resend the welcome email to a new member. When using what looks like the toll provided, when I open up the list it only shows current members. help me please in understanding the correct process for doing this.

Brian, I put the club # right at the end of the subject of the request plus it shows up underneath mt avatar icon

Please include in the subject or message body for each new topic. We don't investigate post history to figure out club numbers. Whether or not one of us catches it as the forum user name may be hit or miss. 

There is one person (Aly) in your Members list pending opt-in. They cannot receive the 'New Member Welcome' email before they accept the opt-in email. If attempted, this message will appear; "You must select one or more activated people in the list below first, before selecting this tool."

Your site is set to automatically send the New Member Welcome when someone accepts the opt-in email. (Membership Management: Settings tab)

To re-send the Opt-in email to a pending member, select the box next to their name, open the 'Membership Tools' drop-down and select 'Re-send Opt-in Email(s)'.
