Officer emails was created by ztasman
Our club has our own domain... e.g. princetontoastmasters.org

Each officer has an email, e.g. president@princetontoastmasters.org.. now set up as just an alias, i.e. if someone emails president, it goes to that president's forwarding personal email acount... an email sent to: president@princetontoastmasters.org will just be auto fwd to joe.smith@gmail.com. president@princetontoastmasters.org doesn't have an inbox.

I have set up Google G-Suite and our club got approved as a non profit, which gives us free access to full suite of G-suite functions, including emails.

Is there anyway we can use the officer emails as real email.. i.e. host the president@princetontoastmasters.org inside gmail using g-suite... how best to set it up thanks

You could certainly change the MX and mail A records in your custom domain DNS to route mail somewhere else, but you will find that things get really messy, complicated, and wierd very quickly. (Generally not guaranteed to work.) Generally speaking, if the FTH code detects you are using a custom domain, internally it will expect that domain to be available for the FTH provided email addresses, and handle email accordingly. All the email handling that FTH provides is tightly integrated with the design of the system. It is not really part of the design philosophy for the officer email addresses to be anything other than forwarding email addresses.
