So first of all, lets get on the same page as far as terminology goes...
When we talk about Agenda Templates, we are referring to a named, undated agenda that is created for the sole purpose of serving as a fixed starting place to create dated agendas from. It is the dated agendas that you actually use in your meetings, not the Agenda Templates.
Also, there are technically four different views of dated agendas... the sign-up screen, the agenda editor, the emailed agenda, and printed agendas. (Each view has a different intent and purpose.) The printed agenda view is the only view in which there are different layouts of the information, including the officer sidebar layout you are referring to.
If you are looking to
print an agenda, there is a drop-down in which you can select one of the layouts that have the officer sidebar in them. Look for TM Layout or Hybrid Layout--the only real difference between them is what shows at the top.
