Adding an Old Team Member

Hi fellow Toastmasters! A few months ago I had a member of my club who never logged to the Toast Host website. Well because of that the website kicked her out of the website, so now she cant log in to the website. Is there any way that I can re-add her ? I am also an administrator of the website. Any help you can give would be most appreciated. I would also request step by step instructions for how to solve it.

As you have not told us your club number we cannot answer your question.
If you are requesting information about a member we need at least a first name. Him or Her is meaning less.

My club # is 5927264 in Queens,NY, her name is Stella.

Stella has not accepted the opt-in link in the email she received from the server. You need to instruct anyone you want to add to the website to expect the email and click on accept.

Yes i am aware that she didn't accept the email invite. She said she tried to do it recently and it doesn't work. plus when I look for her name in the member spot on the website it has her as crossed off.

Until she clicks the accept to the opt-in email she cannot log in.

Please be exact "it doesn't work" what didn't work and what was the error message.
